A. Conformance With Official Community Plan: Street rights of way and roadway width shall conform to the official community plan.
B. Paving: All streets shall be paved according to the established standards adopted by the city council.
C. Minimum Standards: The following minimum standards shall apply:

Note:
1. Use where abutting development is high density or where bar ditch drainage is used shall have a 60 foot right of way.
D. Half Streets:
1. Half streets shall be prohibited, except where essential to the reasonable development of the subdivision in conformity with the other requirements of this title.
2. In no event shall lots facing a one-half (1/2) minor residential street be permitted.
3. Wherever an existing half street is adjacent to a tract to be subdivided, the other half of the street shall be platted within such tract. (1987 Code § 12-414)
