11-2-4: PENALTY:
A violation of this title shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (1987 Code § 12-318; amd. 2004 Code)
