A. All proposed recreational park projects must be presented to the Planning Commission and City Council for approval before the issuance of any permits. Proposals must include site drawings and drainage plans.
B. Construction shall not begin until a building and zoning clearance permit has been issued and all fees paid. The application shall be in such form as required by the City Clerk, and shall demonstrate compliance with all applicable ordinances and applicable State requirements.
C. Each application for zoning clearance shall include a plot drawn to scale, by an engineer or architect, showing the boundaries of the land, the location of the parking sites/spaces, water, sewer, electrical and street design. (Ord. 2017-06, 7-27-2017; amd. Ord. 2019-07 - -2019)
