A. Each application for the issuance of a construction stormwater discharge permit under this chapter shall be accompanied by a minimum nonrefundable fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) plus such additional fees for land disturbing activity or industrial activity as may be required below:
1. Each application for the issuance of a land disturbing permit under this chapter shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable permit fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per location.
2. Each application for an existing facility permit required by this code shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 2011-27, 12-20-2011)
