10-1A-5: EXPENDITURES:

The planning commission shall make application to the city council for the funds that may be necessary for such commission to expend in order to carry out its duties as herein specified. The planning commission shall make application to the city council for an appropriation to be set up for its use in carrying out its duties. (1987 Code § 12-112)
