A. Appointment; Terms: A city planning commission is hereby created. It shall consist of five (5) appointive members, all of whom shall be citizens of the city. The mayor shall serve as ex officio member of the commission. The five (5) appointive members shall be appointed by the mayor with the consent of the city council, and shall serve for terms of three (3) years, or until their successors take office.
B. Vacancies: Vacancies occurring other than by expiration of the term shall be filled for the unexpired terms.
C. Compensation: The members shall serve without compensation, except for necessary expenses. (Ord. 2003-09, 11-13-2003)
