8-3-7: RESTRICTED USE OF DUMPSTERS 1 :
It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person, firm or corporation, other than the authorized user, to deposit garbage or refuse for collection in any commercial dumpster located within the city limits. (1987 Code § 17-207)
