8-2-5: DAMAGING EQUIPMENT:
It is unlawful and an offense for any person to destroy or injure any water pipe, hydrant, faucet, pole, or other sewer or water equipment erected or placed by or belonging to the city. (Ord. 2003-07, 8-28-2003)
