7-1-11: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1987 Code § 14-111; amd. Ord. 2008-03, 6-26-2008)
