A. Wrecker Services: Wrecker services placed on the wrecker service rotation list as allowed for by the wrecker service rotation policy, resolution 1110, shall be located at an address within twenty (20) miles of the city limits.
B. Removal To Nearest Place Of Impoundment: Every vehicle that is impounded under the provisions of this chapter shall be removed to the nearest garage or place of safekeeping designated by the city personnel, and to no other place. (1987 Code § 15-1302)
