A. Right Of Entry: Upon finding that the condition of the property constitutes a detriment or hazard, as specified in subsection 4-3-4A3 of this chapter, and that the property would be benefited by the removal of such conditions, the agents of the city are granted the right of entry on the property to remove trash, mow weeds or grass, and perform necessary duties as a governmental function.
B. City Supervision Or Letting Of Bids: The work ordered to be performed under section 4-3-4 of this chapter may be done by the employees of the city under supervision of the city, or it may be let by contract. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. (Ord. 1991-05, 5-9-1991)
