4-3-3: REPORTING ACCUMULATION ON PROPERTY:
Any officer, employee or citizen of the city who discovers an accumulation of trash or the growth of grass and weeds in excess of twelve inches (12") in height, or both these conditions, upon any premises within the limits of the city, shall report the condition to the city clerk. (Ord. 1991-05, 5-9-1991)
