4-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation. (1987 Code § 8-504)
