3-8-4: SMELL OR NOXIOUS ODOR:
The smell or noxious odor emitted from smoking or consumption of marijuana by a person possessing a valid state issued medical marijuana license shall be treated as a public nuisance. (Ord. 2019-08, 8-29-2019)
