(A) Any person who violates any provision of this traffic code where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $500.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 70.40 through 70.45 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $15, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. The fines and court costs shall be accounted for and directed by state statute.
