For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTY. The entire geographical area of McLean County.
COUNTY ROADS. Those road accepted by the County Fiscal Court as a part of the county road system and those state or federal roads and highways patrolled at the expense of the county, and so filed for record in the office of the County Judge, the Secretary of State or Bureau of Highways, as public roads.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor driven vehicle required to be registered or licensed pursuant to the provisions of KRS Ch. 186 of the home state of the owner thereof before being operated upon the public highways, except those motor vehicles used and operated exclusively in the service of the federal, state, county or city governments.
