1325.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever owns, operates or maintains, or is in charge, possession or control of any sign within the Village who neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter or the lawful requirements of the Building Inspector, or who erects, constructs or maintains any such structure that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, with the exception of the time limits in which certain signs are to be removed, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (a)   Each and every day during which such illegal erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use continues may be deemed a separate offense.

   (b)   Failure to comply with the removal time limits set forth in Sections 1325.03, 1325.04 and 1325.06 shall result in the owner of the sign being fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day the sign(s) remain in violation of this chapter.
