§ 98.27 BOND REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSIENT DEALERS.
   (A)   In addition to obtaining a county business license, transient dealers shall enter into a bond to the county, with good and sufficient surety, to be approved by the County Judge Executive, or his or her designee, in the penal sum of $5,000. The bond shall be conditioned that the dealer will observe the provisions of §§ 98.20 through 98.26.
   (B)   A transient dealer means all persons (including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies or other business entities) engaged in business as described in § 98.20, whose permanent business address is located outside of the county, and who sets up business in this county at a temporary location such as a hotel, motel, flea market, outdoor bazaar, festival or fair.
