§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 132.03(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both, for each offense. If current or future state law(s) (KRS and the like) prohibits any substance(s) contained in §§ 132.01 through 132.03, the state law(s) (KRS and the like) shall be applied instead of §§ 132.01 through 132.03 for both prosecution and penalty.
   (C)   Any person violating § 132.17(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both, for each offense, if current or future state law(s) (KRS and the like) prohibits any substance(s) contained in §§ 132.15 through 132.17, the state law(s) (KRS and the like) shall be applied instead of §§ 132.15 through 132.17 for both prosecution and penalty.
