§ 132.17 PROHIBITION OF POSSESSION OR SALE OF SYNTHETIC CANNABINOIDS AND CANNABIMIMETIC AGENTS.
   (A)   Trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents. A person is guilty of trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents when he or she knowingly and unlawfully traffics in synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents.
   (B)   Possession of synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents. A person is guilty of possession of synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents when he or she knowingly and unlawfully possesses synthetic cannabinoids or cannabimimetic agents.
