(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or maintain the presence of any junk watercraft of any type on public property or on any private lot, tract or parcel of land or portion thereof, occupied or unoccupied, improved or unimproved within the county.
(B) This provision shall not apply with regards to:
(1) Any watercraft on the premises of a lawful business enterprise when necessary to the operation of such business enterprise; or
(2) Any watercraft on property occupied and used for repair, reconditioning and remodeling of watercraft in conformation with the laws of the commonwealth or subordinate governmental unit.
