§ 95.07 APPLICANT AND EMPLOYEES TO BE FREE FROM COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.
   (A)   No applicant for a license to conduct or operate a massage establishment shall be granted such a license unless he or she shall first present to the county a written verification by a licensed physician, bearing a date not more than 90 days prior to the date of application, evidencing that the applicant and all persons to be employed by the applicant in and about the operation of the massage establishment are free of any contagious, infectious or communicable disease.
   (B)   No masseur, masseuse or other employee or attendant applying or administering massages shall be employed in any massage establishment, subsequent to the passage of this chapter without having first obtained a written verification from a licensed physician, bearing a date not more than 90 days prior thereto, that the person or employee is free of any contagious, infectious or communicable disease, and the masseur, masseuse or other employee or attendant of any massage establishment shall, at all times while on duty or working in any massage establishment, have said written medical verification readily available for inspection.
