§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall do any act made unlawful by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, and in addition to such penalty, it may be considered grounds for revocation of the license of the owner or manager of the establishment
   (B)   Each incident or separate occurrence of an act that constitutes a violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
