§ 93.048 POSTING OF SIGNS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   (A)   In accordance with KRS 244.083, every retail licensee shall cause to be at all times displayed in a conspicuous, prominent place on the licensed premises each of the following documents so that they may be seen and observed by all persons entering the licensed premises;
      (1)   A printed card at least eight inches by 11 inches in size which shall show, in 30 point or larger type, the following legal warnings:
         Persons under the age of 21 are subject to a fine up to $100 if they:
         (a)   Enter a licensed premises to buy, or have served to them, alcoholic beverages;
         (b)   Possess, purchase, or attempt to purchase, or get another to purchase alcoholic beverages; or
         (c)   Misrepresent their age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic beverages.
      (2)   The license to sell alcoholic beverages pertaining to the particular premises. The licensee shall not at any time post the license on a premises other than the licensed premises or upon a premises where traffic in alcoholic beverages is being carried on by any person other than the licensee. Nor shall the licensee or any other person deface, destroy, or alter the license in any way.
   (B)   Failure to so display such license shall be prima facie evidence that no such valid license has been issued or exists and all actions, business, and transactions authorized thereby conducted on the premises are illegal and in violation of the provisions of this chapter as well as the state statutes and regulations of State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board pertaining thereto.
