§ 93.047 KEEPING OF BOOKS AND RECORDS.

Every licensee shall keep and maintain adequate books and records of all transactions involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages in the same manner required by the rules and regulations of the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverages Control Board. Such books and records shall be available at all reasonable times for inspection by the Administrator or his designee.
