§ 92.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONFINED HOG FACILITY. Includes, but is not limited to, hog waste holding ponds or lagoons, confined hog barns, farrowing houses, gestation barns, nursery barns; feeding floor and finishing floors, with over 1,000 hogs per farm or per farm operation.
