§ 130.03  GUARDIANS OF MINORS.
   It shall be considered a violation of this chapter for any person charged by law with the care, custody and control of any person under 18 years of age, or any parent, parents, person or persons or any individual having temporary care, custody and control of any person under 18 years of age, to allow or permit the child, ward or other person under 18 years of age to go upon, and/or along any of the streets, alleys or public places within the corporate limits of the town, at times prohibited as set forth in § 130.01 as set forth above, unless the person under 18 years of age is accompanied by his or her parent, parents, guardian or other adult person charged with the care, custody and control of the person under 18 years of age; or unless there exists a reasonable necessity for the person under 18 years of age to be in or along those places set forth above during the times prohibited above.
