(A) It shall be considered a violation of this chapter for a child 13, 14, 15, 16 or 17 years of age to be, appear or remain in, along or upon any of the streets, alleys or public places within the corporate limits of the town:
(1) Between 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday;
(2) After 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday; or
(3) Before 5:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
(B) It shall be considered a violation of this chapter for a child under 13 years of age to be in any public place after 10:00 p.m. or before 5:00 a.m. on any day.
