(A) The penalty for violation of any provision of this section shall be imposed upon the parent, parents, guardian, custodian or any individual having temporary care, custody and control of any child who violates the provisions of this chapter, and shall be as follows:
(1) First violation: $25;
(2) Second violation: $50; and
(3) Third and subsequent violations: $100.
(B) All penalties imposed by this chapter shall be payable through the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(C) There is hereby added to this penalty the additional penalty of attorney’s fees incurred by the town if civil action through a court of competent jurisdiction is required in order to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
