(A) The rates for hangar rental at the McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport shall be as follows:
(1) Individual T-Hangars: $40 per month.
(2) Standard Hangar with sliding doors: $50 per month.
(3) Hangar used for storage purposes: $72 per month.
(4) Large 40' x 60' Hangar: $70 per month.
(5) Small Hangar with Bi-Fold doors: $87 per month.
(6) Large Hangar with Bi-Fold doors: $102 per month.
(7) Six-Plex Hangar (per unit): $125 per month.
(B) These rates shall take effect and be in force as of April 1, 2017, with the rates to increase annually at 3%. The annual rate increase shall be recognized on January 1,2018, and each subsequent first day of January thereafter.
