The city owns and manages the Senior Center, and the Public Transit System. The Senior Services Director, under the direction of the City Manager, shall manage both operations, has the authority to hire other employees as the City Council may deem necessary and may set other rules and regulations for the Senior Center as may be proper for its efficient operation.
