The tract of ground situated on the northwest quarter of section 30, township three, range 29, platted as a cemetery by H. C. Rider, and acquired by the city from the Riverview Cemetery Association in 1937, together with any ground adjoining the tract, that may hereafter be acquired by the city for cemetery purposes, shall be known and designated as Riverview Cemetery.
