§ 54.116 MONUMENT FIRM BOND REQUIRED.
   All monument firms before erecting any monuments in any of the city cemeteries shall post a surety bond in the amount of $1,000 to cover any defects or faulty workmanship. Bonds are to be filed with the City Clerk and approved by the City Council.
