§ 54.094 CEMETERY TRAFFIC REGULATION.
   (A)   All traffic rules of the city that are applicable to operations of vehicles shall be strictly observed in the cemeteries. A person driving in a cemetery shall be responsible for any damage done by the vehicle, or animal drawing the vehicle in a driver's charge.
   (B)   In addition, no person shall:
      (1)   Drive a vehicle in excess of ten miles per hour on a cemetery road;
      (2)   Drive off an established road unless permission to do so is given by the Cemetery Sexton;
      (3)   Make a U-turn on a cemetery road; or
      (4)   Use a cemetery road as a public thoroughfare.
