§ 54.089 FUNERAL DIRECTION.

All funerals within the cemeteries shall be under the direction of the Public Works Director or one of his or her assistants. Workers engaged in the vicinity of a burial shall suspend their work during services at a grave. The Public Works Director shall reserve the right to remove funeral designs and floral pieces as soon as they become unsightly.
