§ 54.083 PERMANENT PARK SPACE.
   The City Council may, by ordinance, designate and set aside lots and spaces as permanent park space in any city cemetery. The City Council may, if they find it desirable to do so, sell any of the cemetery lots or parts thereof previously designated and set aside as permanent park space at a price to be fixed by the City Council for burial purposes only, and the lots or spaces so sold shall remain in the list of lots set aside as permanent park space.
