Combustible materials shall not be used for decorative purposes, posters, or any other things attached to any part of the building at any time by any lessee, except under the supervision of the City Manager or Fire Chief. No vehicle of any kind shall be allowed in the Auditorium unless all fuel has been drained from the vehicle and the battery has been disconnected prior to entrance into the Auditorium. No fuel of any kind may be brought into this Auditorium for any activity, except under the direct supervision of the Fire Chief.
