The City Manager and the City Clerk shall have the authority to allow rehearsals by any organization renting the Auditorium. The hours that an organization may use the Auditorium for a rehearsal may be specified in writing. One rehearsal shall be included in the rental fee for the Auditorium. There shall be a charge for additional rehearsals as set by resolution and set out in Chapter 38, Fee Schedule.
