§ 54.049 SEATING CAPACITY.
   No lessee of the Auditorium shall be able to sell tickets, or permit persons to be present in the Auditorium in excess of the seating capacity of the same. The Fire Chief shall have authority to determine when the seating capacity of the Auditorium has been reached or exceeded by any lessee. If the Fire Chief makes a determination, the lessee shall then stop selling tickets or refuse admission to any further persons in the Auditorium. In no event shall the regulations of the State Fire Marshal concerning the number of persons that can be safely accommodated be violated.
