§ 54.028 ISSUANCE OF BOOKS.

The Library Director shall keep, or cause to be kept, a register of all books issued and returned at the time they shall so be issued and returned. None of the books shall be detained more than one month without being renewed. No book may be renewed more than two consecutive times by any person without the special permission of the Librarian or an authorized employee of the city library.
