§ 54.026 BOOK DISPOSAL; RECORDS.

The City Manager may authorize the Library Director to sell, exchange, or dispose of any surplus, damaged, defective, obsolete, or duplicate books in the library. Records shall be kept of any surplus, damages, defective, obsolete, or duplicate books so disposed of.
