§ 54.016 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Public Works Director shall have the power and authority to enact by-laws, rules, and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof. They may provide suitable penalties for the violation of the by-laws, rules, and regulations subject to the review and approval of the City Manager.
