§ 154.153 FINAL PLAT; ACTION BY PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD, COUNTY EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM BOARD AND VILLAGE BOARD.
   (A)   (1)   Upon receipt thereof, the Planning and Zoning Board shall examine the final plat and all necessary certificates to determine its conformance to the preliminary plat and the requirements established in this chapter, and shall within 30 days of its submission, unless the time is extended by the Village Board, either approve or disapprove the final plat.
      (2)   No certification contained on any final subdivision plat shall be executed by any officer, agent or employee of the village, and no final subdivision plat shall be recorded with the County Recorder until such time as the opinions and recommendations of the County Emergency Telephone System Board have been received, reviewed and considered by the village.
   (B)   If the Planning and Zoning Board approves the final plat, such approval and the date thereof shall be noted on the plat over the signature of both the Chairperson and Secretary of the Commission, and the plat shall be transmitted to the Village Board for the necessary action on the final approval of the plat and for approval of all proposed dedications.
   (C)   The Village Board shall approve or disapprove the final plat and accept or reject the areas preserved for or dedicated to the public within 60 days of its submission to the Planning and Zoning Board unless the subdivider is notified of objections to the plat or the time is extended by agreement with the subdivider.
   (D)   After the final plat has been approved by the Village Board, the Village Clerk shall cause a certified copy of the resolution approving such plat to be attached to the plat and returned to the subdivider. Copies of the resolution and plat shall also be transmitted to the Planning and Zoning Board and Village Engineer, and the Village Clerk shall retain one copy for his or her file. The Village Clerk shall promptly file a reproducible copy of the subdivision plat in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county.
