§ 154.133 PRELIMINARY PLAT; REVIEW; RECOMMENDATIONS.
   (A)   Planing and Zoning. The preliminary plat shall be reviewed by the Zoning and Planning Committee to determine its conformity to this chapter and all other ordinances and regulations in force which affect subdivisions. Copies of such preliminary plat shall be transmitted to the Mayor and other village officers as the Planning and Zoning Board shall deem necessary for their recommendations concerning matters within their jurisdiction. Their recommendations in respect thereto shall be transmitted to the Planning and Zoning Board not later than 30 days from the date the plat is filed.
   (B)   County Emergency System (911) Board.  
      (1)   Prior to the approval by the Village Board of any preliminary subdivision plat or final subdivision plat, any such subdivision plat submitted for consideration of approval to the Village Board shall first be submitted to the Chairperson of the County Emergency Telephone System Board, or his or her named designee, for review of street names, building and lot numbers prior to final approval by the Village Board.
      (2)   The opinions and recommendation of the County Emergency Telephone System Board shall be taken into consideration by the village; however, said opinions and recommendations shall not be binding upon the village.
      (3)   The developer shall be responsible for any costs and expenses associated with the subdivision plat review process as required by this division (B), and shall pay the same prior to execution of the certifications contained on the final subdivision plat.
