(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 133.01 through 133.05 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 133.20 and 133.21 shall be fined not less than $150 nor more than $200 for each offense.
