§ 133.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR. Includes alcohol, spirits, wine and beer, and every liquid containing alcohol, spirits, wine and beer, and containing over 0.5% of alcohol by volume, and capable of being consumed as a beverage.
