§ 133.05 LICENSEE NOT TO PERMIT REMOVAL OF OPEN CONTAINER.

No person, firm or corporation licensed to sell alcoholic liquor, or his or her employees or agents, shall permit any person to remove from the licensed premises any alcoholic liquor in any open container.
