§ 112.12 CLASS C-1 AND CLASS C-2 LICENSE CONDITIONS.
   Every Class C-1 and C-2 license issued in accordance with this chapter shall be subject to the following conditions.
   (A)   Every application for a Class C-1 and C-2 license shall be submitted to the Liquor Control Commission at least 30 days prior to its proposed effective date with supporting documentation as set forth in § 112.08(B)(3) and (4). The Liquor Commissioner reserves the right to determine the length of each Class C-1 and C-2 license, up to the three-day limit and the eight-hour maximum for each effective day of the license, and may consult with the Liquor Commission in that regard before the issuance of a Class C-1 and C-2 license.
   (B)   Class C-1 and C-2 licenses shall be issued solely for the retail sale of beer and wine to be served in plastic containers only. All other alcoholic liquor as defined in § 112.01 is prohibited on the licensed premises.
   (C)   Class C-1 licenses shall be effective only upon the premises described in the application and license, subject to § 112.14, regarding a change of location, and in compliance with the Village Vode, and the laws of the State of Illinois,
   (D)   At all times during the effective period of a Class C-1 and C-2 license, the licensee shall:
      (1)   Maintain two separate fences of at least three feet in height each, completely surrounding the beer and wine service area with a distance maintained between the fences of not less than six feet;
      (2)   Maintain at the expense of the licensee, a minimum of three uniformed police officers on the premises during the course of the license;
      (3)   Maintain an adequate number of personnel of not less than two adults to check identification of persons entering the enclosed beer and wine service area. Persons over the age of 21 years shall be issued a high visibility wristband which shall be worn at all times;
      (4)   Maintain at least two portable toilets in the immediate vicinity of the enclosed beer and wine service area;
      (5)   Maintain and be responsible for any and all damage which occurs to property owned by the village, whether real or personal; and
      (6)   Terminate the giving, sale or offering for sale of any beer and wine on the premises at least 30 minutes prior to the permitted hours of operation of Class C-1 or C-2 licenses.
