For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
Includes alcohol, spirits, wine and beer, and every liquid containing alcohol, spirits, wine or beer, containing over 0.5% of alcohol by volume, and capable of being consumed as a beverage.
LICENSEE.
Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or club holding a license under the provisions of this chapter.
RETAIL SALE.
The sale for use or consumption and not for resale.
