§ 112.08 CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES; FEES.
   (A)   Every person, firm, corporation or club engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in the village shall pay any required annual license fee.
   (B)   Such licenses shall be divided into the following classes.
      (1)   Class A license shall authorize the retail sale on the specified premises of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be $500.
      (2)   Class B license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in packages only on the specified premises, and not for consumption where it is sold. The annual fee for such license shall be $500.
      (3)   Class C-l license shall authorize the retail sale of beer and wine only for consumption on the premises described in the application and license, subject to § 112.14, regarding a change of location. Class C-1 licensees shall serve beer and wine in plastic containers only. The Class C-1 license shall be issued only to chartered organizations, nonprofit corporations or other non-profit entity, which can present proof of not-for-profit status through its corporate charter, State of Illinois tax exempt identification number or other documentation duly issued by either the state or federal government. Only two Class C-l licenses shall be issued to any qualified entity per year, and its issuance shall be subject to the conditions set forth in § 112.12. The fee for such a license shall be $100, and only one Class C-l license shall be issued per calendar week.
      (4)   Class C-2 license shall authorize the retail sale of beer and wine only. Class C-2 licensees shall serve beer and wine in plastic containers only. The Class C-2 license shall be issued only to chartered organizations, corporations or other entities which operate for profit. Only two Class C-2 licenses shall be issued to any qualified entity per year, and its issuance shall be subject to the conditions set forth in § 112.12. The fee for such license shall be $250.
      (5)   Class D license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in packages for consumption off the premises, and shall include the retail sale of beer and wine only for consumption on the specified premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for on-site consumption shall be limited to an area not to exceed 300 square feet, which space shall be partitioned from the general retail area in a manner approved by the Village Building and Zoning Office. Any such partition, however, shall not obstruct the view of the area in which the retail sale for on-site beer and wine consumption occurs. The annual fee for such license shall be $500.
